Wan MilianiVery grateful for the fast response of SCDF. Dislocated my shoulder sometime last year before going to bed and was immobilized on the bed in agony. The pain was excruciating even with the slightest movement. The team came and provided care professionally. I felt calmer knowing I was in good hands. The team came in with their shoes on and I'm totally fine as prioritizing care with speed for the person in distress is even more crucial than taking the time to take off your shoes. This is a good SOP if it is. Floor can be cleaned afterwards but lives need to be saved. With the excruciating pain, I wish the ambulance can clear the road asap with their sirens on as every vibrations causing by the drive is really painful and I need to reach the Hospital asap. The driver even calmed me down saying that we're reaching soon and he's doing his best. We'll be moving out of Singapore soon and will definitely miss the efficient Emergency Services for sure. Thank you once again for the swift response and keep doing what you do! Salute!
