Bought a pandan cake from them yesterday around 5pm, and to my shock, I discovered it was moldy today after already consuming a few slices! This raises serious concerns about the freshness and quality of their products.

First time buying french loaf from the shop which was displayed in plastic cabinet shelf at the counter. This lady came without asking what we want and straight away asking for payment. Telling her that we want a french loaf and make payment. Her behaviour is really rude as she is not happy to serve. With this kind of attitude toward customer dont think we will want to patronise the shop again.

This shop missed out giving two breads and instead offering to replace the bread for us to collect at our convenience, bro said to come down on the day when we don’t even live near. This person refused to apologize and even claimed to keep the bread for three days. Don’t you have a baking policy if your bread is already stale and not fresh and you still can claim this? 4 days of bread kept to sell? Are you kidding me? With this being said she is also accusing my mother of lying. She might be the boss there with such bad attitude, shows what kind of a person and attitude reflected on this shop. Edit: we paid for the breads but didn’t get it. Spoke like they lost money as they couldn’t sell the bread to other people when in fact those bread have been paid for by US. Probably a Neighbourhood owned shop so I cannot find someone to be liable hence this review. Even if it’s just a few bucks, it can go a long way for someone. Daylight robbery.
