The service was friendly and fast, and the place was well-organized. For the taste, it might not suit every Indonesian palate. The beef satay tasted quite sweet, and the peanut sauce had a curry-like flavor which was a bit unusual for traditional Indonesian satay. However, everyone has different preferences and some people may enjoy this style. Also, for those visiting for the first time, please note that after eating, the trays should be returned to the collection station instead of being left on the table 😊

Arrived around 8:00 PM, and this was the busiest hawker stall with a long queue. The system was quite efficient. They gave a buzzer and we waited about 20 minutes. The grilled chicken was juicy and well-cooked, slightly on the sweet side. If you like sweeter flavors, you’ll enjoy it. The shrimp was really good and the highlight for me. Overall, good street food, but the chicken was a bit too sweet for my taste.

Excellent prawn, beef and chicken satay! Be prepared to wait, be prepared to scout a table, and be prepared to sweat. But it’s all worth it for the meat. Couldn’t get enough of the prawns. I split the combo A between two—definitely filling, but also could’ve eaten double that amount if it were in front of me! Line moves quick despite being long, so be ready with your order asap. And don’t skip out on the sauce!
