Bazil Kitchen is currently in my top 3 favourite restaurants in Singapore. It’s a restaurant with unique and delicious food. The variety in the menu is remarkable and it will take multiple attempts to try everything. But whatever I’ve tried so far is too good for me to move on lol. Would be visiting this place often to try them all. There was one thing that instantly made the restaurant click for me, the soy based mock meat is so flavourful. Those who have had a fair share of soy chunks know how difficult it is to get them to absorb flavour, for that alone I would rate them high. Will visit again with a bigger appetite. The Mock Mutton Soup and Mock Mutton chukka are a must try.
Excellent vegetarian options! All the dishes were sumptuous! I never liked baked rice but at Basil’s it just blew me away. Throughly enjoyed my laksa, beats most laksa veg and non veg laksa I ever tried! A must visit! Basil will be my frequent haunt. Loved my cake and coffee too! Outstanding service by ShakthiVel and staff!
This was the main catering for my Queen’s friend wedding! The wedding was a very cultural and full of traditional rituals so I have really enjoyed it. The vegetarian food served by Bazil Kitchen was so great!!! Despite being vegetarian, I think I had tasted so much in one go. Not to forget the freshly made thosai by the thosai man at the corner of the venue.
