Rex TanI must admit I was shocked at the quality of the food. Good and freshly fried/cooked. Very tasty and best of all, their service was excellent. Very friendly and asked for feedback so that they can improve. Wonderful attitude. Will definitely come back for more. Place was also kept clean and tidy.
RlyejaynMy first time trying BatterCatch, and I was really impressed! Tried both the Halibut and Haddock fish & chips. Personally, I preferred the Haddock as it was thicker and had a better texture. Both were fresh, delicious and served in pretty huge portions. We also had the Citrus Crab & Grapefruit Salad, which was really appetising and refreshing. The rosti was a little underwhelming compared to the rest of the dishes. Overall, it was a really enjoyable meal with excellent service. I'll definitely return to try more of the menu!
Thomas SawOne of The Best fish and chips in downtown Orchard at affordable price. Classic fish and chips selection of Halibut, Barramundi or Dory fish of your choice but prices various on fish. I would recommend the Halibut fish as it’s soft and some juicy with the batter fried when you take the first bite. It serves with choice of sauces curry or brown, try the curry to dip the fries. You can add on the set meal $7.90 or $9.90 and choose you soup with a drink. I like the citrus carrot soup and come few shrimp 🍤 cuts with bread crumbs on top. The new England clam soup is good and savory too. For finger snacks white bait and baby squid fritter before the main course. The Cheesy chicken macaroni and cheese is average taste.
