The food was delicious. The sate lilit chicken was well marinated. Sambal was good with the rice Gado-gado gravy was nice and not watery. Amazingly the gado gado was without rice cake so it's healthier. Even though without rice cake (ketupat) the serving is quite filling Will definitely come again to try different food on the menu

// 28 November 2025 Brought some colleagues to try this place and this time I went for the fried fish set, but without rice. The rice here is very fragrant, but I’m not a carb person. They were nice to swap it for tofu & tempeh or just tofu. I really like their tofu, and it would be even better if it were served hotter. The fish comes whole and is tender. I didn’t use the black sauce that came with it — it didn’t need it at all. We shared one piece of corn, and it was surprisingly large. All five of us had a decent bite. We also shared a vegetable dish, long beans with bean paste. My colleagues, who were here for the first time, commented that the food wasn’t hot enough. Thankfully the fish was hot, otherwise my head would have been on the chopping block for recommending this place. A small suggestion: serve the tofu hotter. // 30 Oct 2025 Came back for the second time and was so glad they could replace the rice with tofu/tempeh. The tofu was so good that I’d definitely ask for it again as a rice replacement next time. The rice itself is really tasty too, just that I’m trying to cut down on carbs. My colleague added an egg for $1.40, and it looked so good — I’m definitely getting that next! // 27 Oct 2025 I’m not usually a fan of rice, but the rice here is so good I had to stop myself from finishing the whole portion! I had Set C — the sweet sauce was a little heavy for my taste, but still delicious. The chicken was slightly small, but the fried tofu and crackers on the side were great. I’ve already recommended this place to my colleague and will definitely be back soon!

Delicious indo food. The rice wrapped in banana leaf was fragrant and the grilled ayam bakar was tender and tasty. The chilli served on the side is fierily spicy. Soto betawi beef soup I sampled from my colleague's bowl was very comforting and would love to order it another day.
