Tay Gigiordered 2 waffles (peanut and honey) and some bread, we were not given a receipt by the cashier. we waited for 10-15 mins and finally asked about the waffles when lady that served us said there is no waffle order from us ... no apologies given and she even went on to ignore us and said "chocolate waffle" like??? is she even listening to us?

I even double confirmed my order before purchasing, so this was quite disappointing. Please be more careful with orders to avoid similar mistakes in the future.
Jojo JojoMy family n I had visited various outlets n had unpleasant experience it's mostly bad customer service with rude grouchy staff n the quality of waffles n bread has dropped with little filling n not up to standard for such price with so many bad experience won't buy coz dampen my mood
