hiBought a kaya waffle for $2.50 after lunch. Bit into something flat and firm and thought it was the paper wrapper. Pulled it out to realise I'm the lucky one who got extra ingredient of the corner of some cut plastic wrapper. 3 pics: 1 pic of the shop n wrapper 2 approximate position of the plastic in food 3 repositioned for size reference No idea where to lodge a feedback to the shop, so hi fellow Google user, here's one nugget of info for you to be cautious when buying.
CY NWas roaming around after lunch at hawker centre. Was attracted by the baked good smells. Dont know how other bakes taste, but can try the huge charsiew bolo bun at just $1.90. Reheated at home, good chewy bread with nice crusting. Charsiew filling generous.
Melvin TayProbably one of those bakery that produce no quality bread at a high heartland price. Personally if you want to stay competitive in the bakery market please look into the filling and bread ratio. Looking at the picture I am left with eating the plain portion as the filling was so little. Another day I got the waffle and it’s probably the worst waffle peanut butter I had tasted. The waffle taste was weak so as it seems overcooked one side and undercook on the other. The peanut butter filling had flowed out of the waffle by time I took out to eat. Won’t suggest to visit this store at Bedok south as there are other bakery around
