Madia SuhanaHi, I went to Bake Inc this morning at CGH and ordered a chocolate waffle served by a Malay staff with thick makeup. I didn’t check the waffle on the spot, but when I got home, I found out this was how your staff had sold it to me. It was so hard that my son couldn’t even bite it. I also want to give feedback about your staff’s attitude. She was very rude. When she spoke to me, I was feeling quite blur and drowsy after taking medication. She then spoke to another customer and said she had to repeat her question to me many times while I was right there and could hear her! What kind of behaviour is that? Please take my feedback seriously, as I really loved your waffle the previous time I went there, but this experience was such a disappointment.
Evelyn TanI was also at the CGH branch today 02May @ 18:30pm and attended by the same staff that the other customers mentioned here. I must say that her service is extremely rude and not up to standard. The management should address this since there are already so many bad reviews. When I asked how to differentiate the tau sar piah between the sweet and salted ones, she just told me to refer to the tags.. giving the impression that I can’t read nor illiterate. In collecting the payment, she was also impatient. I would propose the management team to let us customers know how you intend to handle this.
N KVery rude malay STAFF! Wearing white headband with thick eyeliners! Friend bought waffles with 2 different flavours in 1 waffle at 10.30am was allowed to do so with chinese auntie. 1pm came back to shop wanted to ask the same 2 diff flavours in 1 waffle the Malay staff was very rude and said “NO HALF2!” alrdy told her earlier on her collegue allowed us to order 2 diff flavours in 1 waffle but y she dont allow me to do so now?? malay staff responded VERY RUDELY “NO HALF2! FOLLOW WHATS STATED IN THE MENU!”, she kept on nagging at her another staff at the back openly just to let everyone hear?!! Y cant she talk nicely to customer?!! And as photos above she gaved me MESSY CHOCOLATE WAFFLES?!! TERRIBLE SERVICE BY THE MALAY STAFF!!
