Sarah YeohFelt the waffle session deft with customer from the usual Malay young cashier and inside Chinese lady is extremely rude, can’t believed that she’s been there for edges of years, suggest they put a big big sign 🪧 ✍️ board to inform public to see if run out of waffles 🧇 flavours instead of repeating 🔁 themselves to customer, the replying is appeared to be hush and rude, no proper training, what a disgrace to Bakerinc at TTSH. Remember this is a high class hospital 🏥 not usual pasak malam service!
Mas RasipBought some buns just at tan tock seng hospital, there is no tray at all at the shelf. Went to the cashier and ask for a try from the Malay cashier that was working at the cashier. She is so rude, not friendly and talk so rough to me. Not even a simple smile to the customer. After paying to her she just pass me the buns n not a thank u to a customer. What a bad customer service is have. Not sure if she realised that there is sick n old patient at the hospital. Just be more nice will make them happy.
