RzBad service by the staff, the one that wear hijab and glasses. I am utterly speechless. I buy a few bread and bring to pay at counter then i tell her want to order a waffle also, then the staff said cannot, it’s got me speechless a while why the staff said cannot, then she said because different price from the bread. I also know it’s different price from the bread. I don’t know if your store SOP cannot pay together for the bread and the waffle in 1 transaction, i ended up pay separately for the bread and the waffle instead of paying lump sum for all the bread and waffle. It’s already been a disappointment situation, then when want to pay, i am aware that your store only accept cash, its fine no issue though, but when i give all coins for payment, the staff said cannot and give me a look also. What a really really a disappointment. I am really not happy about the incident that happened today. For sure won’t be coming back considering the incident and dissatisfied with the customer service today.
