Isa CharmThe old lady cashier could not multi-tasked and gave me a wrong order but I was being charged more ! I visited the shop on 15 Nov 2025 at abt 7pm, ordered a peanut waffle and paid $2.50. That cashier made me walked back & forth from the front of the shop to the end of the shop to scan and paynow. After the payment was made, she did not provide a receipt. She merely said pls go to the front where she will give me the receipt and my waffle. Took the waffle that was packed in a plastic bag and went home. I was shocked to see that I received a plain burnt waffle instead of a peanut waffle which I had paid more for it ! That old lady must have either heard the wrong order as plain instead of peanut or her brain did not processed it properly ! The owner/management is efficient therefore made the layout as such resulting in their poor old employees whom are equally inefficient to make such stupid mistake. An absolutely dumb bakery with dumb employees !
