Horrible experience. The chinese big auntie can't even hear me because the outlet was blasting music. I asked her if can still order waffle at this timing because some outlets closed their waffle order early and the only reply I got from her could either be cheese or "go die" in chinese because I was talking to her in english. By the way, I can hear the pronunciation difference between the two words. Check the cctv, she just stared at me without an obvious head nod to my question so in the end I just place an order. I know staffs are tired and have to stand under the hot weather so I try not to inconvenience them but I don't deserve to have this sort of rude treatment. When I made my payment, I saw her stare at my phone, again check the CCTV. Then she demanded I show her payment again after I close my phone. What is wrong with her?
We bought these offer donuts and garlic bread at their branch @ SSC for $4. At the corner of the same stall, the exact same garlic bread was sold at $3 plus.. Btw.. I was wondering why there is a RM price tagged on it?
I enjoy curry buns, and enjoy trying out various ones from our heartland bakeries. I usually go for the four-in-a-pack versions. I have tried many, but this particular one from Bake Inc at Yishun Ave 9 is, I have to say, the most empty one I have come across! 😅 I guess we're in tough economic times. 😥
