BesharpsOrdered plain waffles, the staff was polite and I didn't wait long to receive them. The waffles tasted good, it's texture is on the softer side. 🧇 The price was pretty standard, not too expensive. Reading other reviews, there has been lots of negativity around the staffs attitude but when I visited, there was no such encounter. The auntie even smiled back when I smiled to receive my order. Understandably, everyone will have a different experience but I hope people can buy some pastries here and give it a try. It's not easy to work in a small bakery like this so maybe the staffs are a little tired and it's mistaken as bad attitude. I think if we treat each other with kindness, everyone can have a good experience all around. 👍
Koh ah KhoonI was buying plain bread and was asking when does the bread expire so I can give my 10 months old baby to eat. There was this China long hair lady she was very kind to answer all my questions as I was talking to her, a short hair chinese lady being super busy body no one’s queuing behind me even yet she was being very insolent and rude she said in a rude tone “ what food you give your baby it’s none of our business “ I wasn’t even talking to her yet she showed me attitude. I was supporting bakeinc for a long time and was very disappointed with the workers attitude.
