Nayli BatrisyiaThe Staff was so rude when i wanted to order waffles. She unwilling told me need to wait which i replied i dont mind waiting. when i wanted to pay, i asked it there are other modes of payment & she said “no.” i asked “only cash?” she nod. then i walked over to the ATM to withdraw some cash & went to pay for the waffles, & there was a qr code on the counter. i asked the cashier is there a minimum amount to pay via qr code? she said no. & i said, then why your staff told me you guys only accepted cash??? & they just continued to talk ill about me. Serving me with black faces, telling me lies. I hope they hire better workers who really wants to work & serve customers with good attitude. I have attached an image of a back view of the rude & dishonest staff.
SimStaff (the malay lady) is not responding when I ask her can ask voucher right? I know it has the cdc sticker there but responding won't cause any harm right. Some stall when I go they have the sticker pasted but when wan pay with cdc. They say cannot use. So normally I will ask the shops when I wan use voucher.

No expiry date was written and according to the staff it can keep in the fridge for 1 week, but when I immediately consume it's already soggy and turned sour next-day morning.
