Grouped Fish soup is tasty and many thick slices of fish. Fresh. The soup is flavourful and not too salty. There is also a piece of fish cake. Overall, I think it is Value for money. Get both types of chili for the fish. $6 for soup and rice.

Feels like a typical heartland wet market & hawker centre, but with a slightly different vibe — many of the seniors here converse in English rather than dialects. Prices are in line with other mature estate markets. 🍽️ The variety of cooked food stalls is quite limited overall, though there’s a noticeable presence of dim sum stalls — seems to be a local favourite. 🏘️ Functional, familiar & very much a neighbourhood spot.

Promenade Market @ 84 is well located along Marine Parade. Parkway Parade Mall and Marine Parade MRT is just beside. I12 also about 10-15 minutes walk away. Promenade Market is also surrounded by private condos and HDB. They have nice food such as Chicken Rice, Dim Sum, Economic mixed rice, Roasted duck and pork, Fish Soup, Vegetarian stalls, Western stalls, Malay stalls and Indian stalls. There are also many retail shophouses surrounding the market. There is also a small wet market but usually closed around lunch time.
