Retroville QThe fried chicken is alright, quite moist and tasty. Now for the bad, the rice has smell and below normal quality in my opinion. And don't order the grill chicken. It's choke full of sweet dark sauce and the meat is dehydrated until there is no taste left. It like eating a week old cooked chicken. Everything else feels like eating tasteless cake or overcooked food. Not worth the price.
Kristen LeeOur first visit to this outlet. We ordered 2 of the smashed fried chicken with 1 rice. 1 of the smashed chicken was overcooked and tasted dry. The rice was not fragrant at all and is cold. Both chicken was also cold and portion was small. Not enough to fill our stomach. The only thing we like is the chilli. Overall we will not patronise this restaurant again. Thanks
star diamondTerrible service and zero accountability from staff and management. I placed an order online but realized I forgot to add a side of vegetables, so I went over to the the automated counter to add it on. A staff came and asked i told ger abt it, She told me to add my order in the machine instead of asking me to scan first. During my vege order, she assumed my table number was 20. I told her I wasn’t entirely sure of the number but clearly specified that I was sitting "right at the corner." My actual table was 14. When the food didn't show up, the cashier completely lied to her colleague, blaming me and claiming I was the one who gave the wrong table number. However i told her off that i didnt came up with that no 14, while still smiling. To make matters worse, the service that followed was awful: Dismissive Attitude: My main food arrived, but the vegetables were delayed. Am i supposed to eat until finish then my vege arrive? When I followed up after 10 minutes, the original staff gave me a completely dismissive ("bochap") attitude, casually saying the food wasn't ready because no one had served it yet. Rudeness: as my food is getting cold, and have been waiting, I asked another staff member (wearing a dark pink headscarf). Upon seeing the wrong table number on the receipt, she actually raised her voice at me, blaming me for their mistake and the delay. No Leadership: The manager was the biggest disappointment. Instead of stepping in to defuse the situation, apologize for the hiccups, and fix the order, she just stood there and gossiped about the situation with the rest of the staff right in front of me. Extremely unprofessional team with shocking customer service. I will not be returning.
