Frances Daphne Lu LiStaff are attentive to customer’s needs. Politely remind customers the benefits of free membership and points collection. One of the staff, a lady in ponytail, remembers i prefer my pretzels without butter. She tells me when i pass by that my favourite flavours are in the oven baking, asked if i can wait 5 minutes. Grateful for attentive and helpful warm staff . My son loves their seaweed and almond crunch pretzels! Its our weekly buy ! Claimed my free pretzel when i signed for free membership . Thank you for the wonderful service!
