Carol LiawI had a very unpleasant experience while collecting my order at this outlet. As I was unsure which packet of food belonged to me, I approached a staff member politely to clarify. Unfortunately, instead of assisting professionally, the staff member responded rudely and even called me “stupid.” Such behaviour is unacceptable, especially towards customers who are simply seeking assistance. I hope the outlet manager or person in charge will look into this matter seriously and ensure better customer service standards moving forward.
NoruleeeSo disappointed that the staffs gave the orders wrong. My mom showed the staffs the photo of the ones she wanted to buy and yet you gave the wrong the order. My mom who trusted the staffs didn’t bother to check. Eventually we got cinnamon instead of sour cream. Huge disappointment because no one at home likes the cinnamon. Come on guys, the picture is shown right to your face and yet you got it wrong???
Sheryn LowAlways patronize the Northpoint outlet but will not anymore. Staff operate in slow motion. On a few occasions, the queue was long and I wanted to get cinnamon sticks but didn't see any on display, so thought I'd ask the "baker" as staff is busy managing the counter. The "baker" totally blanked me out and refused to look up or answer me. RUDE! ZERO sense where service is concerned.
