The skin was thin, with just enough resistance to hold the meat juice/soup inside. The service was quick, efficient and enthusiastic. The Verdict: A delicious, value for money ($4.80) snack for lover of the dish.
Hanseong ChoiIf you guys are nearby, you have to try the new 火锅米线 (hot pot rice noodle)! It’s moderately spicy with a tinge of numbness, and extremely fragrant! I also really like that the pot is heated from below. It’s a bit pricey at slightly more than $8, but the portion size and the taste is really worth it in my opinion! I only gave a 3-star for ambience as this food court can get really crowded and noisy during peak hours, like lunch time. You might not enjoy having to fight for a seat. But come during other timings and the place is really clean and quiet!
