i waited 24 mins just to get a plate of chicken rice.. which is like the easiest meal of all.. during lunch peak period they are understaffed.. only buy if you got time to wait. there's only one cook, and that cook is the one to cut the chicken for chicken rice also. the other staff just take orders 🤦
