Everyone has made mistakes, not blaming the staff there but sometimes things get overlooked when cooking. Today I found an insect in my veggies which leads me to think if they have throughly washed their vegetables. Food was great though even with the "extra" ingredient. Rice look nice but lack of coconut flavour and lumpy. Chicken wing is big but lack of taste, not crispy and oily. The fried egg is hard and lack of flavour. Price, Portion, sambal is ok.

I often buys food from this stall as it’s located conveniently next to Hougang Mall. I like to buy their fried bee hoon as it is not oily or salty and their portion is generous. They also have a variety of vegetables and sides to choose from. I love to order their long beans or egg plants or fried beancurd as it goes well with the fried bee hoon. They also sells otah, you tiao, fried carrot cake strips, fried veggie cake, fried chicken wings, curry puffs, samosa, mee soto, mee rebus and nasi lemak in boxes or wrapped in banana leaves. Their fried carrot cake strips are very popular and always sold out quickly. Highly recommended for breakfast or lunch or dinner.
