  I'm a chef with over 10 years of experience and Reviews are professionally based on food taste and not own liking taste. Came to try their food. Chicken cutlet japanese curry rice: curry sauce is too little,taste is too blend and thin. Chicken cutlet is just the size of my wife's palm size, taste is super salty and not flavourful, the frying is already pre fried and just heat up. Tornado egg is over cook. Look at the pic is totally different from what they serve. XXL grilled chicken is the only meat that is edible.. can tell from all the food texture are pre cook, they only heat up. Both food is really bad. Inside has only 2 other ladies dining in yet they dont have cutlery. Gave me plastic 2 spork to eat. Flat white coffee is by machine, nothing special. Honey drink is just honey drink, nothing special but tasted sugery. Really not worth it. Just beside is One punggol hawker center, over there has a very good western with good portion given the price. This cafe is more for dessert like ice cream, waffles and cakes. But than again, their cakes and desserts are not ownself made or own in-house recipes cakes. Unless this cafe improve, I'm sorry but I don't think I will come back here again.

  It is nice to see that there are actually a cafe situated within the Punggol Regional Library. The ambience is very good, calm and relaxing, and everyone have been doing their own leisure activities. I came during Saturday and it is full the first time i arrived. But after exploring the library and came back the second time, i am delighted that there are now seats. I ordered their brown sugar pearl fresh milk, and it is actually not bad, reasonable quality as compared to typical bubble tea standard.
