Providing suitable alternatives by checking their outlets. They truly were giving wonderful service! They listened to my request attentively and was able to give me what I needed within minutes!! Thank you guys! Was so happy that I decided to buy some extra munchies!
Preyaz KatOrdered a regular crunchy hazelnut cake. Gave us a keto hazelnut cake. No one knew it until birthday person and guests ate and all of them said they couldn’t eat and it was bad. When I looked at the box it showed KH and 100% keto! Whole thing went into the rubbish bin and honestly left everyone feeling lousy. Ruined our entire celebration. Store phone line was also engaged, cant even reach them. Biggest mistake ordering a cake from them. Gave us a cake we didn’t order! terrible service.

I arrived at the outlet around 10:20 am, but the staff seemed confused as my order wasn’t ready. I was informed that today’s collection hadn’t been delivered yet. I explained that the pickup time had already been confirmed, and requested the order be delivered to my address by 3 pm since the delay was on their end. The staff attending to me, RY, handled the situation and contacted SH, who we had been liaising with, to arrange for collection. While RY did her best, the overall process was poorly managed, and it appeared that SH had overlooked the collection arrangement. I emailed SH but didn’t receive a response, so I followed up via WhatsApp and finally got confirmation that the order would be delivered by 3 pm. The cupcakes arrived around 2:15 pm, and the birthday girl was thrilled to see them! The cupcakes themselves were okay, but the decoration was what really delighted her. Everything would have been perfect if not for the poor coordination.
