Very disappointing and unpleasant dining experience. The chicken chop served to us was clearly uncooked - the meat was pink and raw inside. When we raised this issue to the waitress, she wasn't think that this is serious food safety issue which will cause illnesses. She casually asked us if we are asking for a new set? It was extremely disappointing, especially for a restaurant that should know basic food handling standard. The experience completely ruined our meal and our trust to this restaurant. I strongly urge the management to improve the food preparation standards immediately. We will not be returning. And, I would caution others to be careful.
Spaghetti is nice, salmon spaghetti is nice and well portioned, salmon is plenty, generous. Sauce is well balanced. For charred grilled chicken, is good too. For fried fish, it’s well fried. For the price, it’s good already. Reasonable priced too.
Genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Paid for my order online and waited 35 minutes, only to be told it “didn’t go through.” After checking again, they realised it did — no apology, no accountability. When the food finally came, the chicken chop was undercooked- raw pink. I raised my hand for a few minutes and was completely ignored by both the staff and manager? (she had a tattoo behind her left ear), and had to walk over myself to tell them their food was unsafe to eat. The manager’s response? “We’ll redo it.” That’s it. No apology. Second plate comes — still undercooked. When I pointed it out, the manager had the audacity to tell me that undercooked chicken should be “translucent, not pink,” as if I don’t know what raw chicken looks like. At that point, it wasn’t just bad food — it was bad attitude, zero accountability, and borderline gaslighting. Didn’t eat the chicken at all. No apology even when leaving. If your staff can’t tell when chicken is cooked and your manager talks down to customers instead of fixing mistakes, maybe don’t serve chicken at all. Avoid unless you enjoy waiting, being ignored, and arguing over whether your food is safe to eat.
