I had the worst experience with one of the staff — short-haired woman, clearly from mainland China with a nasty, low-class attitude. I told her I wanted to pay using QR code. She ignored me completely, either too clueless or just arrogant. When I repeated QR pay, she got irritated like I was disturbing her sleep, threw my bread onto the tray like trash, and told the long-haired staff to take over. While I was making payment with the other staff, this short-hair one started cursing me in Mandarin — not knowing I understand every word. She insulted me, loudly and clearly. I walked away without saying much, because some people just aren’t worth the energy. But this kind of staff should not be anywhere near customers. To the owner — if you keep people like this even after multiple complaints, then clearly customer experience is not your priority. I won’t step foot into this place again, and I hope others don’t either.
