Have a try see how it going on!👍😋👍. Last time he work, at Smart Cook. Really nice and Friendly service 😄.. Their ingredients is very nice and tasty! The price can accept. NrsyhirhHIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY FROM THIS OUTLET. The store doesn't even deserve 1 star. ZERO customer service. Two times we went to buy food, both times we had horrible service by the same guy. First time we went, there weren't a lot of food displayed. There was a tray full of fried yellow noodles, some veggies and chickens. We went there around noon and when i said i want the fried yellow noodles, the guy said 'noodles cannot eat. Already 4 hours'. If noodles cannot eat already then why display them?? Before we came to the store, we saw he was sitting down doing his own things. Rather than doing that, he could have removed the food that shouldn't be displayed for public to buy. Second time we went, i asked for fried bee hoon. He just kiap the noodles and threw inside the packaging. He asked me any add-ons which i replied to 1 egg and 1 hot dog. He asked me several times what i wanted when i already told him the add-ons. When it comes to my husband's set. He ordered nasi lemak set 1. The guy asked any add-ons and my husband said xtra chicken but he didn't put the xtra chicken. When the guys asked want sambal, my husband said no sambal but he still put the sambal. To Ananas Boss, If you want your store to earn more, get proper worker or at least train your workers to have good customer service. Train your workers to remove any food that is not for selling from the display area. Also, read your google reviews. There are multiple reviews regarding the service at this canberra outlet. I hope you could look and further investigate on this matter. Trust me, i will not go to this outlet until i see another non casual worker working at this outlet. Did not take photo of the worker but i included photo of the worker from other review. That is the worker with BAD SERVICE.
SalsukeeeJust bought a set A nasi lemak but instead give me nasi without the lemak HAHAHAHA what a dumb staff. Will never ever recommend this stall to others cause firstly the customer service really sucks and also the way HE treat a customer like we own him shit 😅. To the boss of the stall, go up to your standard and find someone new.
