I understand there is a Chinese New Year surcharge, and that’s totally understandable. However, I’m confused about how the pricing is calculated. I ordered two different combinations: 1. Kway teow + bee hoon with 3 ingredients (egg, luncheon meat, hotdog) 2. Kway teow + mee with 2 ingredients (luncheon meat, hotdog) Both were charged at $5.90. I don’t quite understand how the pricing works since the number of ingredients was different, yet the price was the same. Would appreciate some clarification on how the charges are calculated so customers can better understand the pricing structure.
It’s around 6.50am in the morning I decide to pack breakfast before work. And this is my first time coming to this shop and I saw the menu placed at front of the shop. The Malay server lady, saw I was coming and turns her back and was ignoring me despite being called “good morning” , she gave me such a scowl face and I wonder what I did wrong in greeting good morning. Despite that, I order Nasi lemak to pack and she asked with chicken or what? I say no need chicken and egg is fine, normal Nasi lemak. With such a judgemental look, she turn around and start to put rice and harshly put the bowl away and placed a fried oily egg on the rice, and ask me that’s all? HALO?? NASI LEMAK JUST EGG AND RICE ?? Where is the cucumber? Peanut ??? Anchovies??? I stare unbelievably and say that’s it? She ask me rudely again, which set you want??? And I went so blank , and the other Chinese lady start to raise her voice saying go front and see the menu. Excuse me, if I say I don’t want chicken?? What’s the hard in that?? Why can’t you provide what customer requested?? Despite trying to explain I do not need chicken just the egg this Malay lady raise her voice again and put chicken on the plate. Mind you that this is happening early morning before my work and it totally makes me disappointed. I just said I don’t need your food and left out. Is this how you serve your customer ?? No wonder you have a terrible reviews and comments. I should have seen it before I even decide to give business. I would suggest please don’t go and buy, they don’t appreciate and have no worth to be a part of food business.
I bought more than two time.especially no choice situation. Every time I bought fried chicken that is always no fresh. They show fresh one in front.when they put in pack take behind no fresh one.Its look recook form last day remain.
