Naz Shaik FAVOID WESTERN FOOD Went in looking for the Alfredo with beef steak combo to check the price. Couldn’t find it on the menu, so I asked the cashier - a foreign lady who seemed to be in her 50s+. Before I could even ask, she started talking over me, loudly recommending multiple dishes. I waited 10-15 seconds for her to finish, but it was already frustrating. When I finally asked “Do you have Alfredo pasta with beef steak?”, she replied “YES HAVE BEEF IS LEMBU AH!!! AND CARBONARA YA, WITH SET INCLUDED!!!” I clarified: “No, I want Alfredo, not Carbonara. And how come there’s a set included?” She brushed that off and just pointed to the $3 set promo with salad + fries + soup. I said I didn’t need it, but she insisted “No no INCLUDED!” To keep it short I just said “without fries please.” Bill came to $16.90. The pasta tasted like plain pasta with packet cooking cream - no seasoning, no flavor. The sides went untouched. And the steak was bad. Management should look into staff training. Her approach is aggressive and pushes customers away. Also need to check QC on the food. Reminds me why I’ve avoided this place before.
M FizoAvoid Padang Lezat, Indonesian Nasi Padang. This rice set cost $9.30 and tastes really bad and underwhelming. I thought it would taste delicious due to the premium price. But I was wrong. The kangkong is very saltly, sambal chicken is unappetizing. I am writing this review while trying to finish this expensive and unsavoury food because I am really annoyed. You dare called your shop Padang Lezat, but its no where near Indonesian Nasi Padang standard. I regret eating this, I should have gone to hawker center to eat Nasi Padang
