Yap Mei JanLousy service. The lady who takes order is very rude and unfriendly. Doesn’t greet customers in a proper manner. I wonder how the management can employ such person with such attitude that will deteriorate the brand name. As a paying customer I expect at least some decent manners. Unlike this lady that will tell you off back when she can’t accept any comments from customers. The food portion also less. Won’t come back again. Overall bad experience. Not recommended at all.
kinAmigos Boon lay shopping centre: The old lady at the cashier was so damn rude. All I ordered was “chicken chop WITH rice” instead of “chicken chop rice”. It’s practically the same thing? She looked at me with an annoyed face and told me off with a damn rude tone, saying I shouldn’t add the “with.” She even said, “You’re giving me a headache.” err? If you’re going to get a headache every time someone doesn’t order EXACTLY THE WAY YOU WANT, maybe customer service isn’t for you. Also, i see alot of reviews from a year ago on how rude the staff are. Maybe someone should seriously look into this matter.
Hazman ThaniDon't bother to come here. Staff very rude. Can say politely if no chicken left, instead he chose to shout with a dumb face. You just lost a regular customer. Will never buy here anymore
