Instead of discarding it, the employee continued preparing and serving it to a customer. This was very disappointing to see and raises serious concerns about food hygiene and safety. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reinforces proper hygiene practices with staff.

Andy SufyandyAt 7 PM, I purchased a half spring chicken rice meal from Amigos at 131 Marsiling Rise. When I got home and began eating during Iftar at 7:30 PM, I discovered a small dried cockroach in the rice. This completely ruined my appetite, and I had to separate the chicken from the rice just to finish my meal. Please take immediate action regarding cleanliness and hygiene. It’s unacceptable for customers to find insects or foreign objects in their food.
