My visit to Ambur Star Briyani was a delightful experience overall! 🌟 The food was absolutely outstanding, truly a highlight with every dish bursting with flavor. 🍛 The service was impeccable, very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. I highly recommend it! ✨👍
Decided we needed some Indian food for dinner. Son suggested Star Biryani so we went for it. Located in the vicinity of little Indian, Star belongs to the more quiet part of town. We ordered the chicken and mutton Biryani rice each. The rice was tasty, the meat was flavourful and the sides of onion and eggplant dahl was quite nice. You can refill your sides if u need more. Generally, the food is really not too bad. But we reckoned the price is a bit expensive. The rice serving was definitely good enough for 1 person but the meat was too little. It was $12 to 14 which I feel its not so worth it. But if don't mind the price and if u really need a serious dum Biryani, this could be the right place.
Visited during a weekday lunch — it wasn’t crowded, which made for a relaxed dining experience. We ordered the mutton briyani and Gobi 65, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The briyani stood out in particular; the spices were aromatic, well-balanced, and deeply flavorful — easily one of the best I’ve had in town. The mutton was tender and paired perfectly with the fragrant rice. The Gobi 65 was crispy and nicely seasoned, making it a great side dish. Definitely a place worth revisiting
