I couldn't find the listing for the Sembawang 505 Coffee Shop outlet, so this review is for that branch. Unfortunately, I would not give any stars for either the food or the service. The food quality was extremely disappointing, and the service failed to make up for it. I waited approximately 50 minutes for my takeaway order, which consisted of a pizza, chicken cutlet, mushroom baked rice, and salmon carbonara. I agree with another reviewer, Patricia, who mentioned that the pasta was bland. Not only was it bland, but the sauce itself tasted unpleasant. Honestly, even the pasta from Saizeriya, which costs around $6, tastes far better than your $9 "carbonara." The fried rice no wok hey but Chao ta burned taste. Pizza is from frozen that kind. The service was equally poor. The staff could certainly benefit from additional customer service training. Waiting 50 minutes was already frustrating, but what made it worse was that I saw my pizza and baked rice being prepared and taken out. However, the baked rice was given to another customer who was 4–5 places behind me in the queue. I had specifically ordered a mushroom baked rice without chicken, but the staff appeared to hand over a baked rice to that customer. This makes me wonder whether she received the wrong order and whether mine was given away by mistake. If the staff had made an error, they should have informed me and explained that I would need to wait longer. I placed my order at around 7:00 PM and noticed that the staff started preparing my baked rice shortly after, around 7:05–7:10 PM. At approximately 7:30 PM, I saw the baked rice being taken out of the oven together with my pizza, so I naturally expected my order to be ready soon. However, I then saw the baked rice being packed and handed to another customer. After that, the staff started preparing another baked rice at around 7:35 PM. This led me to believe that my order may have been mistakenly given to someone else. Despite seeing my food being prepared much earlier, I only received my complete order at around 7:50 PM. If there had been a mistake with my order, the staff should have informed me instead of leaving me waiting without any explanation. I even told him if the order haven’t do then cancel but he only look at me and then look away without replying me at all. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing some takeaway customers who ordered around 7:15 PM had already collected while I was still waiting for mine. I also witnessed a dine-in customer who had queued directly in front of me. He received his meal, started eating, then stood up and returned to the counter with a piece of steak because it was raw inside. He informed the kitchen staff that not only was the steak undercooked, but another meat dish he had ordered was also not fully cooked.
Ordered fish n chips, chicken burger n grill chicken pasta over at the woodlands mart outlet, Fish n chip was over fried. Fish was dry n dark brown. Tasted the overcook food rather then the fish. Burger was sloppy. Patty was soggy. Grilled chicken was charred n tasteless Fries was overcooked n quantity was so little for a 2.50 price. I think the cook like to overcook food. Not worth the money. Keep up with this standard and I can assure the stall will close in no time
Extremely dissapointed. I ordered the "M06 Thai Style Chicken with Rice" for $8.50 on Grab. The protion size was unexpected unlike the picture. It was small, had no effort in its recipe and it looks like it can be made at home with the same ingredients for under $4. The quality and effort are nowhere near the price or its advertised name. This is misleading and way off based on the picture. I hope the restaurant improves it quality and use the right advertisement so that future customers dont experience the same kind of quality and effort
