Rojak ingredients are frequently replenished from kitchen, so don't need to worry if it has been out at the display shelves too long for your selection. We liked the tempe, potatoes and boiled egg. The chicken paste sausage was just meh. Cucumber slices and green chilies slices still fresh. The peanut gravy is alright, too reddish with colouring? The new goreng hot, freshly made, mamak style but again too red from colouring? Came because of the hype too satisfy our curiosity only. Personal preference would be Penang Pasembor Rojak. Nonetheless, enjoyed the dining experience.

Popular place for fresh rojak, it's packed if you don't come near opening time. Ordered some cuttlefish, beef lung (paru) and various other pieces, which are all fresh and tasty. Kway teow goreng (mutton) is not too salty/oily and tasty, though the bee hoon goreng (mutton) was not as fluffy as expected. Roti John (chicken) was also delicious. The ordering/payment system may be a bit confusing. Each counter (rojak, other dishes, drink has a different order number). For drinks, it's paid and collected on the spot while for rojak and other dishes, it's pay upon collection.

Recently visited the Al Mahboob and the experience was delightful. The rojak arrived perfectly fresh and truly stood out; generous portions, beautifully balanced flavours, and that unmistakable authentic taste that keeps you wanting more. Quality was evident in every bite. The mee goreng had a good texture and aroma, though it leaned slightly on the saltier side for my palate.Take note please.. Overall, a satisfying meal with rojak that truly shines. Will return for that rojak again without question.
