Very bad management, multiple defects in the unit with leaking pipes & cracked walls. Reported for 4 months already and yet nothing is done. Rent and carpark is exorbitantly high!

Lifts breakdown frequently. Poor water proofing resulting in water seepage from the walls whenever it rains. During peak hours, those driving can expect to wait a hour just to exit out to Pasir Panjang road. Nothing is done to alleviate congestion traffic, instead, season parking rates were recently increased by 25%.
