Anna D.This was my first visit to their restaurant with my husband for dinner. But turns out, the services here are just super poor. Food orders are via their QR scan, and they had 3 service staffs. It was moderately full house, and my husband’s food came much later, and we ended up sharing the meal i ordered. We were 1/4 to finished the bowl of soup by the time his food arrives. All their server were busy talking at the food station and wasn’t even attentive to their customers. It’s sad and just poor service that a table for 2 ordering a staple food from their menu had to wait 50 mins for our meals. At the beginning, when we arrived, we were seated just below their aircon and we informed to their lady server that the aircon was too cold. Instead of increasing the temperature, their staff turned off the aircon module off entirely. When we brought up of our food was served too long, their male staff responded that they were busy with high food orders. Instead of providing good customer services, our feedback was brushed off by the male staff with an arrogant facial expressions and attitude. Definitely not a place that I would recommend if poor customer service is continuing on.
