Yu QingTried because a friend had never had A&W before. Slightly confusing layout for food collection. Got the fish o fry set because it looked really good on the menu. Came out looking kind of sad, but tasted okay. Fries were hot and crispy. Root beer excellent as always.
Marcus KOk. First time here and find the service werid. Order at the self check out and then ask me for buzzer number. But then waited for a while before knowing if u order drinks, u need go claim at counter immediately? The whole situation is werid and funny. Anyway, the staff is friendly enough to tell me. It is pretty quiet for a weekend afternoon lunch. Order root beer float and to be honest, the root beer taste a bit diluted. Overall. Not a good experience..
