Mohammad FarziI had a really pleasant experience dining at A&W Anchorvale Village, and I would like to specially compliment two staff members, Siti and Adilah, for their excellent service. From the moment I arrived, they were very welcoming and greeted me so warmly. Even though they were wearing face masks, you could still clearly feel their friendliness through their smiles and cheerful attitude. Both of them made a wonderful impression with how approachable, polite, and positive they were throughout my visit. Their cheerful personalities really stood out and added such a nice touch to the whole dining experience. It is not always easy to make customers feel comfortable and appreciated, but Siti and Adilah did exactly that with their genuine hospitality and pleasant service. Thank you, Siti and Adilah, for making my visit such a pleasant one. A&W Anchorvale Village is fortunate to have staff like both of you. Keep up the great work!
angel dustWaffle is not the standard that it was years ago or is it just this outlet? It is not as crispy and that small blob of ice cream feels like I've been shortchanged. Even the drizzle of chocolate sauce was not enough for a few bites. I asked for abit more sauce only to be told I have to pay for it, $1.50 more for a small tub. $9.20 for an almost plain waffle is not worth it. Place doesn't have the feel of a good old A&W restaurant. Sadly not coming back here although the staff is ok.
NDlau NDlauMohd Shuhaidi Is extremely friendly and patient. And I notice from a distance, he greeted every Patron, seemed happy with his service. We should comments not only foods but the services also. Thumb up and our family always happy to visit 339 Anchorvale Road. (Anchorvale Village)
