Jo AzazelGreat, rare and simple fast food. Chicken is tad too small but juicier than KFC. The beef cheese fries is superb but maybe more cheese would be good. Served Ryan is friendly and helpful. There are too much mini noise like food jingle cause the place where customers eat are surrounded by Mr Coconut, Jolly Bee and Encik Tan. A&W customers eat away from the cashier counter under the escalator.
edtayjbMy wife and I were here today (28 February 2026) for brunch. It was our first time dining at this A&W outlet at Vivocity - or for that matter, at A&W since it re-entered the Singapore fast-food scene. We ordered the following here today: a Grilled Chicken Sandwich Combo with Curly Fries and a Coke Zero for my wife, and a Chubby Chicken Sandwich Combo with Curly Fries and (of course) an A&W Root Beer Regular for me. As regards the "Sandwiches" they were very good - the chicken "slab" therein was flavourful and tender. The Curly Fries unfortunately were a tad too deep-fried. And my Root Beer was not as carbonated as I had expected. However overall, well still be returning to A&W. The service here was very good - friendly and polite. The dining ambience here was also very good with the tables spaciously separated and in air-conditioned comfort.

When the buzzer goes off, food can be picked up as well. 12.4sgd for this cream cheese beef burger combo. Cream cheese goes well with the burger, interesting combination, and the entire burger is quite moist. Root beer is definitely an acquired taste, it’s my first time trying it, tastes like toothpaste to me haha
