SK TanQuality of the food have certainly drop. The chicken are supposing hand brush with the sauce, but instead it is pour inside the box base and the chicken sat on it. Making the chicken unevenly coated. Also upon reaching home we realise the fries were missing which is also our fault for not double checking. Tried calling them to seek for refund but to no avail as no one answer the call. Edit: hubby drove back and shown them the receipt and food images, they pass him the missing fries. Do consider cut down the saltiness of your soy garlic. It was really salty.
Philip TongBought many times from this stall and instructions were to separate kimchi for the drumsticks rice box and always no issue. I was there today to tabao at 5 pm and reminded and instructed staff to separate kimchi and he acknowledged. Before leaving with my food, I reconfirmed again if it had been done and he said yes. Upon reaching home, kimchi was no where to be found. Update : Informed Sam today when I passed by this pm and he has resolved it. Wonderful
Jean Alexis COrdered my food through food panda. Order came and was completely wrong. How difficult is it to pack food? The food that came was all smeared with cheese which I am allergic to and had to throw it away. Approached food panda and they didn’t anything but give you automated replies. They are just as bad. Lucky me for ordering and wasted 17 dollars with no food. This is the new upper Changi four finger btw!!
