Di DiI like the cleanliness of the store. It was my first time having 4Fingers and the cashier was patient enough to provide recommendations. The skin of the chicken was crispy and seasoned but the chicken itself was not. Edit: I visited again one year later. The cheese fries topped with popcorn chicken came as a surprise. It could have been a meal by itself with a drink. It was the tastiest thing that I have ever eaten. The service crew was really nice too. She came looking for me with my Milo drink even though my order was take-away. I was tired and hungry that day, but I knew that it was not possible to finish my food, so I had it as a take-away instead. Both flavours of chickens were well-marinated and the skin was so crispy that I could not stop eating. I will be back again!
Jia routhe cashier was very nice. but after we got our food and started eating , we realised there was a lot of cardboards and big rubbish bags (that contain actual trash) beside our table. One or two is fine but they continued to stack more onto the trolley ,coming out from the kitchen. Only after we moved to another table, then they moved the trolley away. Also one of the employee named “Jenny” that cleans the tables after each customer. We overheard them talking bad about some customers right after they left, we know it isn’t in our reach to say anything but talking badly about customers immediately right after they left isn’t something you should be doing as a part of service crew.
SyamFood is good, however, I ordered a 18 PC chicken bundle to share with my family but in return, I've gotten a completely different order which can only feed one. Please stay awake when packing orders properly. The worst service I've had so far.
