Guys why are you all crowding in this outlet???!!! Don't get me wrong. I was really craving for some nice nice chix wings. Procrastinating to go Jinjja or 4fingers. I once binged on 4fingers at jurong area. But this outlet... (PS : Cashier also funny. She was so ready to serve the opposite customer {the line behind us} instead of going by the queue-in order👀) The wings were soggy, inside wasn't properly cooked. Even the drumsticks I had bought together because I'm really craving for some nice chicken. I should have just stick to TEXAS or JOLLIBEE. Or perhaps even Popeyes... Ofcoz I took some photos. Unglam but seriously, stop crowding at this outlet. This outlet... I'm not sure if it is because they did not want customers to wait too long, but please stick to your usual SOP. What happen to the wings??? 😭 At least COOK the wings... Very sad the food don't taste like it first started anymore 💔 To be honest, since we're already waiting, another 2 mins suffice to keep your wings properly cooked. If the wings are like soggy and uncooked, what's the point of waiting??? 😒
If there is No Star i would not even put 1!!!! I am so upset with today order. 4 fingers have been our fav bcos of the well season and very crispy chics even for deliveries. But today order was the the worst and I was just so mad! The moment opened the box I can see the light seasoned colour of the chics. Worst its moist, not crispy at all, the soy have zero taste and have that wet chicken smell!!!!!! What kind of standard is this. Theres no way u allow these set to go out just bcos its delivery????? Ive been ordering and nvr once happend! Cwp branch 15 Feb 5+6pm Grab order was a freaking failure and pls buckup!!!
The Singaporean Fried Chicken Standard In the competitive food landscape of Singapore, 4Fingers Crispy Chicken remains a household name for those seeking a localized spin on Korean-style fried chicken. Unlike the batter-heavy American style, 4Fingers is famous for its "hand-brushed" technique, where each piece is thinly coated in naturally fermented soy sauce. The Soy Garlic glaze is a perennial favorite for its savory-sweet balance, while the Hot & Spicy option offers a kick that resonates well with the local palate. Whether you're at the bustling ION Orchard basement or a neighborhood mall like Junction 8, the consistency of that signature "crackling" skin is what keeps Singaporeans coming back. Beyond the Wings: Rice Boxes and Sides A unique draw for the Singapore market is the Rice Box, which transforms a simple snack into a satisfying, full meal that aligns with the local "rice-centric" dining culture. The combination of succulent drumsticks or wingettes served over Japanese rice with a drizzle of teriyaki sauce and a side of Kimslaw (a kimchi-coleslaw fusion) offers a well-rounded flavor profile. For sides, the seaweed fries are practically mandatory; the umami-rich seasoning provides a perfect salty contrast to the sweet glazes of the chicken. Recent additions like the Kimchick Szn—featuring kimchi-flavored ramyeon—show the brand's commitment to keeping the menu fresh and trendy for a younger demographic. The Urban Fast-Casual Experience Dining at 4Fingers in Singapore is characterized by an edgy, "New York subway" vibe that stands out from typical bright and sterile fast-food joints. With its MUIS Halal certification, it has become an inclusive go-to for diverse groups of friends and families. While some outlets can get incredibly crowded during peak lunch and dinner hours, the service is generally efficient, leaning into a "self-service" model that suits the fast-paced Singaporean lifestyle. While prices have seen a slight uptick over the years—with a standard 6-piece combo now hovering around $14.00—it remains a relatively affordable indulgence for those who value quality crunch over mass-produced grease.
