Leandra CHi, can someone please send me a contact to talk to. This evening, I ordered tofu salad and cheese fingers for pickup. Grab app said that it was ready, but from past experience it was always not ready, so I gave it an extra 10min or so, and when I walked over, showed the lady my grab pick up order number and she said it was not ready cos needed to fry something. I said ok. After 10min, I asked and she said, fryer spoil, need to wait 5min more. After 5min, I checked again with her and she looked like she didn’t know who I was, and another guy came to check and turns out she had wrongly given my order to someone else. She asked me to wait again. And by now I had waited almost 40min from time of order. This is really the worst customer service experience I’ve had so far.
