YLUnfortunately, this will probably be our first and last visit. The food was disappointing overall. The chicken was dry, the dishes lacked flavor, and nothing really stood out. We didn’t even finish the meal, which is something we rarely do. The service also left a poor impression. The staff forgot to give us a cup for our drink, and when I returned less than five minutes later to ask for one, I was asked to show my receipt. It felt unnecessary and didn’t make for a pleasant experience. Sadly, this wasn’t worth a return visit.

They hire jaded locals who are overworked and probably thinks their pay is peanut so every customer desrves a talk down. My number was called and so i went to the collection window. They cannot see your face due to the height of the window. There was only one number called and one box there. I stood there for a bit.. waited for the lady beside the window but she has a narrow focus so ignored my attempt to try to shove the long receipt through the window. After several attempts, i gave up and so pulled the bag to see if there was a number tagged..for which there was none. Lady in blue head cover or cap shouted saying "dont pull.. next time call us. We are also busy doing other things. We cannot just be standing there.". The tone was harsh and rude as though a crime was committed. There isnt a bell to press, no number tagged to collection and no sign to say "shout at staff to catch their attention". This wasnt the first time. Previously a guy sarcastically commented at another customer who didnt know where the collection window was that this isnt a hawket center. All in, extremely bad experience. Staff service is so poor you wonder if they even care to prepare your food.
Katherine TayPleasantly surprisingly good food. Was expecting over-fried chicken and soggy buns and fries like what other four finger branches serve these days, but the burger i got was surprisingly good. Chicken not over-fried nor over-oily. Cashier seems to be a nice lady too. Glad i tried this this morning, i can say with confidence this is now my favourite burger in nex. Just expensive compared to other fast food. But for a good burger, its worth.
