I usually dine in at the Orchard Gateway or Tampines 1 outlets, where the food is consistently fresh, crispy, and delicious. However, this time I ordered via GrabFood from the Stars of Kovan outlet. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t as great. The delivery took 30 minutes, and the food arrived cold, not crispy and not tasty. Sadly, the chicken drumsticks were very lightly and unevenly coated with soy sauce, and also had a slight chicken smell. The Kimchi Fries were soggy too, which was another letdown.
