KavithaTried 4 fingers crispy chicken pasir ris mall today...had it for my dinner...I love seafood so when I saw there is seafood options on the menu I decided to try that... There is a option of crispy shrimp,crispy calamari n both...for seafood options...I chose the both the crispy calamari n crispy shrimp...I ordered as meal instead of ala carte...so I get to have both fries n drink also in my meal...for fries there is a option of seaweed fries or kimchi fries...k chose kimchi fries...for my drink choice I chose coke zero...I also ordered additional cheese mozzarella sticks 2pcs...for the calamari n shrimp combo sauce I get to choose if I want garlic soy or hot sauce...I chose hot sauce...in the calamari n shrimp combo I got 8pcs calamari n 5pcs shrimp... something different which I tried today...in McDonalds when I order shaker fries I have got to mix in the powder w the fries in the shaker bag...but here they mix in the kimchi powder n serve me...happy about that...but something which I did not like was that the kimchi fries was being served to me ok the same packet where my calamari n shrimp combo was served...so when I eat the kimchi fries I don't get to taste the full flavour of the kimchi fries I get to taste it along w the hot sauce of the calamari n shrimp...another thing which I did not like about the service here is that I felt the hot sauce should have given separate...I felt the sauce mixed in w the combo served to me spoil the whole taste of the deep fried calamari n shrimp...when I eat the calamari n shrimp I could only taste the sauce...I m a girl who don't like to eat sauce...the staffs mixed in souch of sauce...which I was not happy about...I love deep fried foods... So I really was hoping to taste the deep fried crispy calamari n shrimp but I was so much disappointed☹️ so therefore food I m giving 1 star i hated it... For service I was being served by a Chinese guy...I was happy w his service...not rude... For r fingers crispy chicken pasir ris mall no machine order only counter order...but I was happy with the good service of the counter staff...but I was not happy w the service I got from the kitchen side...as I m seriously not happy about the food...I spent so much but I get this type of food I m not happy about it... Service I m giving 4 stars for the counter staff who took my order but for the kitchen staffs service who gave me this food 1 star hated it... There is a fly which is keep flying about gad a hard time eating...floor needs sweeping...tables r clean...not all chairs r being pushed it... atmosphere I give 3 stars... Another thing is that if going to play music but music so soft what is the purpose of Play the music??? Overall I give 1 star hated it ...😞😞😞
Lee Ban LongVery disappointing experience. The seaweed fries came with no seasoning at all, and the customer recovery was poor. Instead of sincerely resolving the issue, the Person in Charge brushed it off and simply said they would review it. There was no genuine apology or effort to make things right. Mistakes can happen, but how they're handled matters. The team clearly needs better training in customer service and service recovery. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very disappointed. Boycott this outlet for now then.
Iylia Khan5 stars this time round for the great service and patience rendered by Zachary when taking our convoluted order, and even asking if we had a PAssion card to qualify for an almost $6 discount. Also a shoutout to JS in the kitchen for having the initiative to send the kimbap that was delayed straight to our table. Keep up the great service, guys!
