  This may not be the best Nasi Lemak in the area, but it’s definitely one that I’ll crave — all because of the spicy chilli. They’re generous with the chilli, even though the price list indicates an extra charge for additional servings. I wasn’t charged for the extra chilli, which was a pleasant surprise. The chilli strikes a great balance between sweet, savoury, and spicy — very satisfying. I loved the chicken cutlet: crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside, and not greasy at all. The egg looked nice, though slightly overcooked for my preference — I usually like it with a lava-like yolk; this one was about 80% cooked. The rice was fragrant and had a nice grainy texture — unlike some Nasi Lemak rice that ends up clumped and soggy from too much water. The staff were polite, though they didn’t smile much. The seating area was clean and well-ventilated. The wooden tabletops gave off a rustic, kampung feel — reminded me of having Nasi Lemak at a hut outside a rubber plantation in Malaysia. After several visits to this stall, I decided to write this review, hoping they’ll maintain or even improve their current standard. I even recommended it to my wife — who isn’t a big fan of Nasi Lemak — and she liked it so much that she decided to order 100 packets for her company staff! One star down for the imperfect egg. 🤭 Will definitely be back! 👍👍👍👍👍🏿
