Account CChance upon this interesting food concept place. Do note that waiting time is long during peak hours. Order time 13:25, food is only ready at 13:58. Food quality is not bad, like what you see when you Grab, but this is fresh. Haha Zero ambience here, fuss free and a constant flow of delivery guys coming into the place to pick up.
Sten (Piqued Wanderer)We did a self pick up for our Jollibee food but we kinda expected abit of delays, at most 15mins.. but looking at the condition, this wait is actually more than what we wanted.. For more than half hr, food is still not ready. Looking at the reviews, this has gota be one of the 'not so' willing places to go by riders.. let us review this place objectively from various perspectives.. Location : This place seems to be out of a distance for many without personal transport. Good for those who order food via their apps and at d same time get to munch within the same place.. eg, same concept like a restaurant BUT with multiple diff food suppliers..or.. we would say that it is similar to an enlarge 7-11, with seats. From our standpoint when we reached, in one glance, the place looks cool and mysterious. The entry into this place is also rather nice looking and feels pleasant to be in. But there needs to be some maintenance to the place koz despite it looking new and cool, d seats needs abit more tender loving care. Food Operations : The concept about having multiple agencies into 1 is definitely a good idea. The smart kitchen idea is also a good way to save up on individual company's / agency's expenses.. the preparation which is on the upper level seems to be rather quick. Staff : There are few staff when we were there. The distribution is rather quick too. Once the food is ready at level 1, which is the pick up point, the staff shouts it out. The cubby hole is not really used as the riders around seems to be rather anxious to move off once their numbers are called out. In total overview : We are pleasantly happy that the concept is applied to ensure customers of different personal choices can sit together having a meal from different restaurants. The unpleasant part is the waiting part. The kitchen could be small or the staff could be limited, thus sharing various kitchens, or stock could be low since it is a new concept or such.. there are many reasons that we could not exactly pinpoint to the slow wait. We actually waited more than half hour after our estimated ready timing of our food. The delay is definitely something that we cannot put up with. If it was only 10mins, we can still accept but with more than half hour waiting, it is something that we cant put up with. To note, we did a pick up ya, not that we order a dine in where they have to prep a cool presentation on how the image is.. thus, it shud be dump d item into the takeaway box and pass. Keith Lin JunyongInteresting concept to have few restaurants kitchen located at one place and all the food are in takeaway boxes placed in "lockers". I see alot of grab riders are there collecting their food. Food is nice.. there are many selection of food, I've tried the flameshack burgers. Recommend this place, but its inaccessible without a car..
