The Proof Haus
We’re a small home-based bakery in Singapore creating unique, flavour-packed focaccias inspired by the things we love to eat. Every loaf is made from scratch, slowly proofed over time, and baked fresh in small batches. We’re not a full-time bakery (at least not yet 😄). The Proof Haus is our little passion project that we work on outside of our weekday jobs, which is why we only open for orders on one weekend day each week either Saturday or Sunday.
